Joely has been spewing in the nights the last four nights. She acts fine all day and then sometime in the night she gets sick- EVERYWHERE- seriously this morning I was holding her, she retched and then I just kind of waited for her head to turn completely around.
So tonight, I'm at work and Robert knew something was up, Quentin didn't want to eat. So he laid down on the couch with a chum bucket close at hand. That Chum bucket is now quite full.
Robert wakes up to the retched stench that can only come from deep down inside the stomach and parts of the stomach lining. Turns out, while in her sleep, Alice voided the contents of her pizza dinner, all over our bed and herself.
Picture if you will, my precious husband cleaning up a precious little muffin named Alice and then cleaning up the bedding, mattress etc all while trying not to yak himself. He did good though, it turns out his intestinal fortitude came through. I believe he was actually happy to go to work this morning to free himself from what can only be described (quoting Goonies here) a "barfeteria." At last check Alice's chum bucket was most totally and completely half full
Looking forward to the car ride to Dr. Barry's this morning.
In the best interest of you my dear readers, I am leaving this all to your imagination and I won't be posting pictures of the bile.
Blessed Be!

Ack.I'm so sorry about the barfs -- there is absolutely nothing positive to say about that. Just hope it gets better ASAP.
Oh, I sure hope everyone is feeling better soon. I hate it when the kids are sick. Maybe you should get some "Fabreeze":):)
Oh, that's the worst. Even more so when they all decide to do it at once... I hope everyone's back to normal soon!!
I hope Dr. Barry is a miracle worker and you are all feeling fine in no time. Did you get it too? Last week this all just started as ear infections right? What happened? This is much worser than that. Hang in there.
Oh, I'm sorry! Jan Mason has a great barf story. Once, I tried to attach a bag to Zachery's neck so he could barf into it. :) He wasn't making it to a chummy in time. Good luck.
Might I first mention that when I saw the title, I thought this was going to be a fishing story of some sort. I learned the phrase "chum basket" from him when he drops those frozen blocks of chum into the basket for fishing.
I sympathize with you my friend. The Sunday night before Christmas was Hudson, Sophia was Tuesday, Jonathan on Thursday, Scott on Friday. I cleaned up so much "chum" because there were so many misses I was getting grouchy with my poor sick children. They did pretty good hitting thier chum bowl (we have the puke bowl at our house) but the first time was always a surprise.
Your poor girls, and your even poorer husband. Did I know you worked? You are a busy mamacita... here's hoping all the bugs clear up asap!
